Hello, I’m Esme, a therapist based in Ireland, specialising in BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® (BWRT®) — a modern, science-based approach that helps create rapid and lasting change.
My journey into therapy began through Reiki, where I trained to Master Level in 2010. Working with energy healing helped me understand how deeply the mind, body, and spirit are connected, and how emotional wellbeing plays such a vital role in overall health.
Over time, I wanted to find a way to combine that understanding with a more structured, scientific method of working with the mind — something that could create lasting transformation. That’s what led me to BWRT®, a powerful therapy that helps people overcome anxiety, fears, past trauma, self-doubt, and other unwanted patterns of thought or behaviour.
Transitioning from Reiki into BWRT® has allowed me to combine intuition, compassion, and neuroscience to help clients release anxiety, fears, and unhelpful patterns so they can move forward feeling calm, and in control of their lives.

It uses a totally logical, practical and down-to-earth working method in which it’s not necessary for you to talk about anything you would rather not discuss – the practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead.
BWRT® is unlike any other therapy you might have heard of or read about, using the latest discoveries in neuroscience coupled with your own unique brain processes to help you get better. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code.
